Where is Algomergent Labs based?
Our office is in Prishtina, Kosovo. We work in the same time zone as Central Europe and look after our clients by video call, phone and email.
What does a project cost?
That depends on the scope. After the initial call you receive a written quote with a fixed price or a cost ceiling, so you know where you stand. To get started, there are fixed-price offers such as the server security check or the automation check.
Who looks after my project?
You work directly with the founders. Your contact person stays the same from the first call to long after go-live.
Where is our data stored?
Where you choose: in Switzerland, in the EU or with your existing provider. We are happy to sign a data processing agreement.
Can you take over existing software?
Yes. We review existing systems, fix problems and keep developing them, or replace them step by step.
