Software & apps

Software that fits your business, not the other way round

Off-the-shelf tools force you to work their way. We build web apps, portals and mobile apps around your processes, so your team saves time and your customers get a better experience.

How it works

One order, from the portal to the invoice

A custom web app connects your customers, your team and your accounting. Here is what happens when a customer orders.

  1. 1Customer orders in the portal
  2. 2Order appears in the dashboard
  3. 3Team gets notified
  4. 4Order completed
  5. 5Invoice created automatically
  6. 6Key figures updated

What we do

Web apps & portals

Customer portals, booking systems, order management or partner portals: everything your customers and staff use in the browser.

Mobile apps

Apps for iPhone and Android from one codebase, for customers, field staff or as a companion to your web app.

Internal tools & dashboards

Replace the spreadsheets that hold your business together with a tool that checks inputs, keeps history and shows key figures at a glance.

Point-of-sale & business systems

Tills, inventory, invoicing and fiscalization. We built our own POS system, OptiFisk, and know the details.

Interfaces & integrations

Your new software talks to what you already use: accounting, ERP, online shop, payment providers or email.

MVPs for new products

Have an idea for a digital product? We build a first version quickly, so you can test it with real users before investing more.

Explained briefly

The most important terms, without jargon.

Web app
Software that runs in the browser, on any device, without installation. Unlike a website, it does work: it stores data, calculates and has user accounts.
Customer portal
A secure area where your customers log in to see orders, documents, invoices or appointments, instead of calling or emailing you.
MVP (minimum viable product)
The smallest version of a product that solves the core problem. It lets you learn from real users before you build everything.
Interface (API)
A defined way for two programs to exchange data automatically, for example your shop sending each new order to your accounting software.

Examples

Typical situations and what we would build for them.

Trades & services

Job management instead of spreadsheets

Quotes, jobs, schedules and invoices live in five different files and nobody has the full picture.

  • One app for quotes, jobs and invoices
  • Staff see their jobs on their phone
  • Invoices are created from completed jobs
Fiduciary & agencies

Customer portal for documents

Clients send documents by email, and half of them are missing at the deadline.

  • Clients upload documents securely
  • Automatic reminders for missing items
  • Status of every case at a glance
Retail

Till, stock and online shop connected

Every sale in the shop has to be entered by hand in the online shop and the stock list.

  • One stock level for shop and webshop
  • Sales flow into accounting automatically
  • Reports by product, branch and day
Start-ups

From idea to first version

You have a product idea and need something real to show investors and first customers.

  • Workshop to define the core
  • Clickable prototype in days
  • First working version in a few weeks
